Step One

It's starts with the freshest ingredients! Shop, chop, steam and sautée, mmmmmmm so freakin good! I am preparing clam chowder and my special seafood medley chowder featuring crab, clam and shrimp. Join us at the Public Market tomorrow for sensational take home chowders and your favorite sandwiches and fish tacos. We will be there early as close to 7 as I can and stay till 2.
